We are an international Venture Capital Fund, with offices in several countries: USA, the EU (Hungary, Cyprus), Russia and Ukraine. We have representative offices in different countries, they are completely equal. We work all over the world and, if necessary, travel to the designated country. We can help with obtaining a patent in any country in the world, but we do it only for those projects that we finance. We do not provide a separate service for obtaining a patent.
This is a private Venture Capital Fund - your projects will be funded directly by us.
We have no restrictions on the amount of funding. It all depends on the project, the stage of development, its prospects in the market and many other factors. The average investment in a project is 50-500 thousand dollars, but there is no hard maximum and minimum. It all depends on the project.
There is no clear figure, everything depends on the project, its assessment and mutual agreements.
No, we carry out all the financing. Expertise, patent processing, legal entity registration, etc. all this is completely on us.
We do not have a single sample of the contract since everything very much depends on the individual project, every project has a different stage, direction, needs, and possibly different jurisdictions. The expert will certainly discuss with you both the contract and the NDA when communicating, but we need to understand which expert to assign your project to, and for this we need at least basic unclassified information about the project.
The size of our Venture Capital Fund, as indicated on the website, is $ 25 million. If necessary, we can additionally attract large sums and other investors.
Our full-time experts include specialists both in the field of science itself (PhD) and employees with a business education. In addition, we cooperate with almost all major technical universities and technology parks in the countries we work with, our networking covers several hundred experts in almost all areas. As necessary, we form an expert group to evaluate the project or help in its implementation.
